Chocolate Chia Pudding

Quick health snack that doubles as dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can ligh coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tsp cacao
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together well
  • Place in fridge overnight to set
  • Scoop out and enjoy!
  • Stays good for about 3-4 days in the fridge
