Chocolate Chia Pudding

Quick health snack that doubles as dessert!
- 1 can ligh coconut milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 2 tsp cacao
- 2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together well
Place in fridge overnight to set
Scoop out and enjoy!
Stays good for about 3-4 days in the fridge
