It’s a Chaffle!!

Yes, you read that right! Chaffle. Basically, just eggs and cheese poured into a waffle maker. Done. Ok, I did add in spinach because I like to get greens in when I can. But other than that – the easiest recipe ever.

Just mix 2 eggs with a handful of shredded cheese (any kind you like – I went with mozzarella) and pour evenly into your waffle maker. Cook until fluffy and crispy. My waffle maker makes 2 regular-sized waffles so I was able to fill both sides. But any waffle maker will do.
