Recently my daughter has gone gluten-free & dairy-free as we navigate some health issues. So when Pamela’s products sent me their almond flour to try out – I knew this would be the recipe to create. We usually have pizza on the weekends and lately, my daughter is missing out. With only 4 ingredients, that’s right 4 including the almond flour this recipe is super easy to make. For the toppings, get creative with what you love on your own pizza! I am a veggie lover and always go for veggies on my pizza so I used leftover broccoli rabe, onions, cherry tomatoes & mushrooms.

Then I shredded some parm cheese on one half because well I love cheese and I can still enjoy my dairy lol! Now for the sauce. I have mentioned before that growing up Italian Sunday was reserved for making sauce from scratch so I am biased when it comes to it. What can I say, I know the good stuff! When I discovered Otamot I was blown away by the taste and the whole food ingredients that they use. Plus they sneak in veggies and you can’t even tell! It has become my go-to jar sauce. For this 4 ingredient almond flour pizza crust you will need;
2 cups Almond Flour

2 large eggs
Sprinkle salt
Mix everything together and form into a big ball. Roll out into a round pizza crust on a greased baking pan or pizza stone if you have one. Bake at 350f for 10-15 minutes then add your sauce of choice and toppings and bake a few minutes more until heated through. Slice and enjoy!
