When choosing yogurt I make sure to look for low sugar and high protein and no funny stuff! Siggi’s yogurt is exactly all of the above. That is why I love partnering with them to make yummy recipes with their delicious flavors.
I usually stick to the plain flavor to guarantee no sugar and add my own ingredients like berries, almond butter, granola, and cinnamon – this way you don’t even miss the sugar! But when they drop their seasonal flavors I have to try them all! Of course, their pumpkin is my fave and I literally stock up on it!
This pumpkin smoothie is super simple and tastes like Fall in a jar! Great breakfast or post-workout fuel! Pick up a container (or a few) of Siggi’s pumpkin yogurt and try this smoothie today!
