Orange Infused Bread w/ Dark Chocolate Glaze


  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp  baking soda
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 2 eggs room temp
  • 1/4 cup melted and cooled coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 medium orange fresh squeezed save for zest
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Enjoy Life


  • Preheat oven to 350Spray an 8x4 loaf pan liberally.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients (through salt)
  • In a separate bowl blend together the wet ingredients (through almond milk)
  • Add dry to wet and mix well to combine. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  • Bake 40-45 minutes and check with a toothpick.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Make the chocolate glaze by putting the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl and set at 30-second increments until melted.
  • Spread over cooled loaf and zest orange over the top.
  • Slice and enjoy or freeze individually for later enjoyment!
