Quinoa Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gluten-Free cookies with chocolate chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Quinoa Flour
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (or other milk)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 325F
  • In large bowl, whisk together quinoa flour, almond flour, baking soda, cocnut sugar, salt & cinnamon
  • Add in oil, eggs & vanilla
  • Add milk gradually and mix well together. Dough will be sticky. Then add in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop onto greased basking sheet in 1 inch balls
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool & enjoy!
  • Keep in air tight container a few days or freeze
