Whisk together dressing and pour over chicken chunks into a ziplock bag.
Add veggies to a large bowl with 1 tbs olive oil and seasoning - mix well.
Let sit for 2 hours to overnight.
Thread chicken and veggies alternately onto skewers (I used 8)
Preheat grill to 400 and grill for 15-20 minutes turning halfway through.
