Banana Bread Healthy Style

Ingredients
  

  • *4 ripe bananas
  • *4 Eggs
  • *1/2 cup natural nut butter
  • *4 Tbs coconut oil melted (organic refined if possible)
  • *1/2 cup coconut flour or almond flour
  • *1 Tbs cinnamon
  • *1 tsp baking soda
  • *1 tsp baking powder
  • *1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • * Preheat Oven to 350
  • *Mix the bananas, eggs and nut butter.  Add coconut oil and blend together well in a blender.
  • *Add in coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and blend together.
  • *Pour the batter into a loaf pan (I sprayed mine with coconut oil spraand bake for 35-40 minutes.  Insert a toothpick into the center to see if it comes out clean.
  • * Let cool then flip your pan over onto a cooling rack.
  • *Enjoy!!  Taste’s even better warm!
