Marinade chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, S&P in medium bowl and set aside for 30 minutes or overnight.
Prepare Tzatziki sauce with all ingredients listed and refrigerate until ready to overnight.
In large bowl, add cucumber, tomatoes, olives, onion, cheese and dill. Stir well to combine then arrange salad into 4 bowls.
Pre-heat grill - remove chicken from marinade and grill until chicken is tender and cooked through.
Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice and add on top of salad.
Serve with Tzatziki sauce
