Spicy Sweet Potato Dip

Ingredients

baked sweet potato
1/4
cup
tahini
3
tbs
lemon juice
4
garlic cloves
Sprinkle of salt to taste
1
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
cayenne pepper
or more if you like it spicy
Instructions
Scoop out sweet potato and add to food processor and blend until a puree.
Add in remaining ingredients and blend together until creamy.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Can be stored in frridge for 1 week.
