Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

old fashioned gluten free oats

ripe bananas
1/4
cup
chopped almonds
1/2
tsp
hemp seeds
2
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
nutmeg
Sprinkle Sea Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375f
Spray baking sheet
Mash bananas in the bowl first
Add in remaining ingredients, combine well
Drop 1 tbs of batter onto baking sheet, flatten slightly with the back of a fork
Bake for 15 minutes or until firm.
