Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned gluten free oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 tsp  hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp  cinnamon
  • 1 tsp  nutmeg
  • Sprinkle Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375f
  • Spray baking sheet
  • Mash bananas in the bowl first
  • Add in remaining ingredients, combine well
  • Drop 1 tbs of batter onto baking sheet, flatten slightly with the back of a fork
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until firm.
