Preheat oven to 375Peel and mash bananas in large mixing first.
Then add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended then pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
Sprinkle coconut sugar & sea salt on top (plus more cinnamon if desired)
Cook for about 25 minutes. Check with Toothpick.
Let cool completely before cutting into even squares.
Can individually wrap and fridge/freeze leftovers.
