Paleo Style Corn Bread

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp butter (grass fed if possiblmelted
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions
 

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 325F.
  • 2 Grease an 8x8 baking pan (or cupcake paor line with parchment paper
  • 3 Blend all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • 4 Add all the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and blend well. (a hand whisk works just fine)
  • 5 Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes (do the toothpick test)
  • 6 Let cool on a wire rack.
  • 7 Slice and serve!
