Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp  baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp  salt
  • 1/2 tsp  cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp  nutmeg
  • 1 tsp  pumpkin spice
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil liquid
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Mix wet ingredients (coconut oil, eggs, pumpkin & honewell to combine.
  • Add in the remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon batter into greased donut pan, filling 3/4 way.
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Let cool completely (option to drizzle melted chocolate on top)
  • Store in the fridge for 3 days or freeze individually.
