Preheat oven to 400f
Spray a baking sheet with coconut oil (or another spray you have on hand)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with your hands (yes your hands, it will get mixed best this way - spray hands lightly with oil so it won't stick)
Roll into meatballs and line on a baking sheet - you should get about 12.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
Enjoy with your fav veggies and side.
