Preheat oven to 375f.
Lay parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet.
In a large bow mix all the BBQ sauce ingredients well.
Toss in the cauliflower and coat well and even with the sauce.
Spread the cauliflower on the pan evenly with all the drippings.
Bake for 30 minutes and toss once or twice during cooking time - the cauliflower should soften and get crispy brown when done.
Server over quinoa or as a side dish.
