Pumpkin Fall Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup fav nut butter I used Wild Friends Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1.5 tsp  pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp  cinnamon
  • sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in one bowl.
  • Option to place mixture in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes to firm up.
  • Roll into balls and keep in the fridge for a few days.
