Preheat oven to 350f. Spray an 8x8 inch pan.
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl or food processor (you can add half of the chocolate chips now to blend togetheBlend until well combined.
Spread batter evenly into well-greased pan and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips (feel free to add more or even add walnuts!)
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before diving in!
Cut into your desired sizes. Store in fridge for a few days or freezer for about 1-2 months.
